- ➤ BizWest has named the 40 Under Forty Class of 2025 to honor emerging leaders shaping the future in Boulder Valley and Northern Colorado—honorees must be under 40 as of Oct. 7 and will be celebrated at a ceremony Oct. 8 at The Grainhouse in Windsor. Longmont Times-Call

- ➤ Boulder County Parks and Open Space will host a vintage baseball game and Autumn Heritage Day on Oct. 5 at Walker Ranch Homestead at 7701 Flagstaff Road. - ➤ Hope Leyba scored a hat trick on Thursday night at Prentup Field to lead CU to a 3—1 win over Iowa State in a Big 12 game. She became the first CU player to record two hat tricks in one season, marking the program's ninth hat trick ever. Longmont Times-Call
- ➤ Omarion Miller had a breakout game last Saturday against Wyoming by catching six passes for 88 yards and scoring his first touchdown in almost a full year after missing games with an injury.
