- ➤ Longmont police arrested tattoo artist Rawlston Rosko Charles on Wednesday on charges of sexual assault during a thigh tattoo session when the customer said she told him to stop—he was released on a $50,000 bond and will appear for a return filing of charges hearing Friday. Longmont Times-Call
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Longmont’s Office of Emergency Management will host two free “Be Ready” classes from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sept. 10 and Sept. 29 at the council chambers – 350 Kimbark St – to teach residents how to build an emergency plan for natural disasters. The classes will show how to assemble a basic supply kit and manage several days without utilities during an emergency. Longmont Times-Call
