- ➤ A Boulder County homeowner, Todd Berkebile, was charged with fourth-degree arson after a pool house burned on the 11000 block of Lookout Road on August 19th at 1:50 p.m. when he burned extra wood in a pit — firefighters put out the blaze before it reached the main home and neighbors and animals were evacuated.
