  • Police indicted four suspects of an organized crime ring that broke into liquor and retail stores in nine communities in the Denver metro area, stealing merchandise valued at over $153,000 and causing more than $54,000 in damage; a joint investigation by local law enforcement led to charges under the Colorado Organized Crime Control Act for the offenders.  Colorado Hometown Weekly
