- ➤ Tomorrow, the Niwot Jazz Festival will run from 3 to 9:30 p.m. at Cottonwood Square in Niwot (the free outdoor event celebrates the summer solstice with a mix of local acts and national headliner Grammy-winning trumpeter Brian Lynch, along with food trucks for refreshments). - ➤ Over the next month, Boulder County will host a range of author talks, book signings and book club meetings at venues such as Boulder Barnes & Noble, Trident Café, Lyons Regional Library and Longmont Public Library. - ➤ The Colorado Department of Transportation announced today that a new speed enforcement program will use automated cameras on Colo. 119 between Longmont and Boulder beginning July 21 to issue warnings to drivers in active work zones.
