Forge Nano, a CU Boulder advanced materials startup, reached unicorn status with a $1.6 billion valuation, making it the university’s 11th company to top $1 billion.
University officials said the milestone underscores strong research funding & job creation in local innovation.

FRCC celebrated the graduation of 629 Longmont students this spring (including Quynh Anh Do, who will transfer for a psychology degree in the fall) at a ceremony in Loveland on Thursday.
Another ceremony in Denver on May 9 awarded over 5,000 degrees across campuses.
