- ➤ The University of Colorado at Boulder received about $750K from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment on May 9 to support two projects that will improve drinking water and reduce air pollution in schools and homes—an effort aimed at promoting a healthier environment. - ➤ Multiple road construction projects are underway in Boulder County that will affect local travel. In Longmont, northbound Coffman Street from Fourth to Ninth will have mobility improvements until Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.—other nearby projects include a new sanitary sewer main installation near Frederick and roadway work in Erie with detour routes and flagger operations scheduled until the end of May.
