Second St. in Berthoud that once housed printing presses for the Longmont Times-Call and other local papers has been sold for $6 million—Cushman & Wakefield handled the deal. - ➤ A Boulder County deputy was injured when a fleeing driver hit the officer’s foot during a theft investigation at Target at 1:44 p.m. in Superior, and deputies later located the suspect’s gold GMC Yukon (with no license plates) in a nearby parking lot while asking the public to provide information on its occupants.
