- ➤ On Friday, Esgar Escalera-Hernandez, 34, pled guilty to third-degree motor vehicle theft after he reportedly drove a stolen car from Denver to Boulder County where it crashed, and he was sentenced to four years in Community Corrections — an alternative sentence for less severe offenses. - ➤ Representatives from the Longmont and Boulder Valley Conservation Districts ended a tree sale on Friday and Saturday by handing out tree seedlings at Red Wagon Farm in Lafayette at 1640 W.
