CRIME NEWS
- ➤ At 3:17 a.m. on Wednesday, Longmont Police responded to a report of an assault on the 2400 block of Main Street—authorities are investigating the incident. Longmont Times-Call
- ➤ A court vacated Michael Clark’s 1994 murder conviction for fatally shooting a Boulder city employee after his motion was supported by the Boulder DA’s Office following new DNA tests and claims of juror misconduct. Clark has been in prison since 2012 and will be transferred to jail where he is eligible to post his $100,000 bond while a status conference set for June 6 will decide if he faces a second trial.
